Ambika Sharma is a seasoned professional with 18 years of experience spanning across mergers & acquisitions, investments and corporate strategy. She is Managing Director in GE Healthcare’s Business Development and Strategy team where she leads inorganic efforts for Patient Care Solutions segment. Prior to joining GE Healthcare, Ambika was with Hillrom’s (now Baxter’s) Corporate Development and Strategy team where she was instrumental in sourcing and leading transformational transactions to execute on Hillrom’s connected care strategy. She spent the majority of her career as an Investment Banker with UBS where she also served as the Chief Operating Officer for her sector team.

Ambika spent formative years of her career as a core member of Michael & Susan Dell Foundation’s investments team in India. She has a Master’s in Business Administration from University of Chicago, Booth School of Business and graduated with Honors in Commerce from Delhi University.
